How to get your physical education certification online
A little over a month ago, I was asked to come back to the classroom to do a video presentation.
The video was a two-minute presentation about how I would teach my students physical education.
It was a bit of a challenge for me because I am not a physical therapist.
But I thought I would try my best to get my students to use the physical education technology.
The goal of my video was to get students to do the exercises in front of me.
I was really trying to get them to do what I was telling them to, but they just couldn’t do it.
So, I took a walk to a nearby park.
I looked around the park and I saw some kids playing.
I asked the kids, “What do you think you should do next?”
They said, “Just sit in the shade.”
I said, well, let’s see what they come up with next.
The kids were having a blast.
They were all excited to be doing this.
But as soon as I walked into the classroom, I felt the first wave of anxiety.
This was going to be a hard one.
I had to have my students do this.
The first thing I did was walk around the room and look at all the different exercises that were on the board.
One of the exercises that I was teaching was called the “Crawl.”
There were three sets of steps, and then each of those steps was a different direction.
I wanted the kids to feel like they could do this on their own.
But it was tough.
I didn’t want them to feel bad about not having the exercise.
So I started to get nervous.
I thought about how we do this in school.
I knew what was expected of us.
But this was different.
This was the kind of exercise where we are doing something different than we do in our everyday lives.
So when I asked a question, I knew I would get a different response.
I felt like I had no choice.
I needed to teach the kids the right way to do this exercise.
I couldn’t just say, “Sit down.”
I was feeling really nervous, and I knew it would be hard to keep my students focused on the exercise at first.
When I started doing the exercises, I kept telling them that I wanted them to sit in a circle.
So I was making the circle look like a circle in the sky.
Then I was saying, “Look at this.
You see this?”
I was pointing at the circle and saying, I want you to imagine your body.
I want your head to be pointing straight down.
And my arms were doing this little gymnastics thing where they were bending over, and my legs were kind of doing this kind of push-up.
What I was doing was really weird, but it made it a lot easier to do.
The next thing that I did is start the video.

That was really cool.
I got to hear my students talking about how they were doing it.
And they were saying, Oh, I feel really good.
I feel like I can do it in a day.
I also had to start teaching them about the rules of physical activity.
There was a section on how to do it correctly.
I have a very simple rule, but you have to use a lot of caution and follow it.
If you have a hard time doing it right, you’re going to get burned out pretty quickly.
I was also trying to make the exercise fun for my students.
I made it fun to go up and down on the boards.
I gave them a challenge.
I told them to put their feet on the floor and hold on to that.
It was like they were walking around on the beach with their feet dangling off the boards, but their feet were dangling.
They could see the boards going over the sides of them.
And if you were getting stuck on one, you were in the middle of the board, so they had to do their best to pull themselves out of it.
I made it so that they could feel how it felt to do them.
They really enjoyed it.
It’s just that this wasn’t something that they would do often in their lives.
Once I was able to teach them the rules, I started showing them how to hold onto the boards and how to stretch their legs to the sides.
And I told my students, if you get stuck, just hold on tight and go.

Now, I know that some of you might not be able to watch this video because I didn’st have a computer in the classroom.
But the thing that made this work for them was that I made sure that they didn’t feel bad.
